“What is your lead/shipping time?”
Our current lead time for home decor and gifts is 1 - 2 weeks, which means an order of only non-wedding items will be scheduled to ship 1 - 2 weeks from the day you purchase.
Our current lead time for wedding items is 4 - 5 weeks, which means your order will be scheduled to ship in 4 - 5 weeks from the day you purchase.
Once you purchase, we will be in touch with your expected ship date. We ship via USPS and UPS, which takes 3 - 7 business days to arrive once shipped.
If your wedding date is sooner than our lead time, feel free to write and let us know! We may have an earlier slot in our schedule that we could fit you into.
“What is your return/refund policy?”
Due to the nature of our business, we are not able to accept returns for refunds. If any issues do arise, please write us and we will assist you!
“Are the flowers real or artificial?”
Our arrangements are made of artificial and preserved flowers and greenery, which will last and look the same for years.
“What are sola wood flowers made from?”
Many of our styles include sola wood flowers, which is a natural, light-weight wooden material. We condition our sola with a conditioner that makes the flowers flexible and soft to the touch, creating more realistic and durable flowers.

“Are faux floral centerpieces suitable
for everyday home décor?”
Faux floral centerpieces are perfect for everyday decor. Thanks to their faux nature, they don’t change, meaning they won’t wilt no matter the length of time they are on display, and will last for several years to come.
“What types of rustic home decor
work best with faux florals?”
Almost all rustic home decor lends itself perfectly to faux florals. The faux florals add a pop of color to the whole room, and can often can also be a very nice addition of lush green to the often darker tones of rustic decor.
“How do you style farmhouse decor
with faux flowers?”
Farmhouse decor is often very white, soft, and open, which can often be accompanied by faux florals accents to add a pop of color to the room. This pop of nature can tie together the whole farmhouse aesthetic incredibly well.

This all depends on the type of florals, and where you get them from. There are a lot of high quality faux florals these days, and their realism keeps getting better and better. At Rustic Sweethearts, we specifically only use materials we deem excellent quality to make sure they look as real as possible.

“Do faux wedding flowers look real
in photos?”
As faux silk florals and sola wood flowers have gotten better, it has become harder and harder to tell they aren’t real in photos, and in person! We also hand customize and color each flower individually, and only use materials we deem excellent quality.
“How long do sola wood wedding flowers
last?”
The sola we use is completely preserved, and the colorants we use are made to last. As long as your florals are displayed out of direct sunlight and somewhere dry, they will last and look the same for years to come!
“Can I customize the colors of my wedding
flowers?”
We would be happy to work with you to customize the colors of your wedding florals! We’re able to match most dress company colors, and if you send us a picture of your color scheme, we will likely be able to match it! Please feel free to let us know the colors you have in mind, and we will let you know what we can do!
“Are faux wedding flowers cheaper than
fresh flowers?”
Yes, they can be a lot cheaper than real flowers! They are also less time-sensitive and more customizable than real flowers. Thanks to being artificial, there’s no time pressure, no seasonal restrictions, and far less color restraints, which are considerations that often cause the cost of real florals to be higher.
